I acknowledge that I have read and understood the details of the holiday programmes and the excursion. I understand that the school will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of my child. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the school to seek medical attention for my child.

I agree that Ginger Spark Education, its staff and representatives shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage to my child’s personal belongings during the excursion, except in cases of proven negligence. I accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and excursions.

I confirm that my child is medically fit to participate in this activity and that I have disclosed relevant medical conditions if any.
