Worry was an attitude I nurtured for a very long time. I worried myself for hours and hours, and this caused me to lose weight. I was eating myself up with worry! I believed that it is through worry that I will be able to change some things or give things another course of outcome.
By promoting this attitude of worry, I lost track of positive actions that I could have undertaken. I was so busy imagining the worst-case scenarios that these ideas became my internal truth. I believed that the world and all outcomes will best be influenced if I did worry.
How wrong was I and how much away from the real truth! After seeing my worry-drenched body I realized what the consequence of this useless attitude was. No energy, poor health and bad feelings about myself.
After realizing this I decided to stop this attitude toward events, people and circumstances. After practicing an attitude of action, positivity and creative visualization I was able to leave back the robe of worry and enter a new realm in my life.
That is why now I want to help other people achieve the same. I know how depleting and useless worry is because I have been there and I know how to get out of this spiral, because I have done it myself.
