I remember facing fear every time I got up in the morning. Each morning I would ask myself how was I about to go throughout my day? How was I to face the life-challenges without fear and with a sense of confidence, happiness and eagerness to move forward?
Having this dilemma each and every morning before I got up, lead me to thinking real hard what the root causes of my fear was. I began asking myself whether this fear was necessary? Was it really here to protect me and when yes protect me from what? Or was it only a way that my life energy got drained?
Soon I realized that I was replaying memories in my mind and subconsciously analyzing past events. I had the sense that each day had nothing new to deliver. I believed that the same old memories would happen again and again and that there was no solution to get any better. This made me feel encapsulated and trapped into a world that seemed so linear and tight.
However, because I was willing to get to the bottom of this and knew that I had some very important things to deliver to the world, I found the courage to overcome my fear and move beyond.
How did I do this?
