“Hi Ginger,
I just love your blog posts and especially your vlogs!

Please help! I am a resentment junky! Everytime someone wrongs me or I do not like the way they behave I start building anger toward this person and I hold on to it. I keep on analyzing the situation and think negative thoughts. I hate the person and cannot forgive the way he behaved!
How can I stop this and move on feeling happy again?”
