Ever since I can remember, I had some strange eating habits. As if there was no guideline what, when and how I should eat.

This was the cause for my poor nutrition for quite some time in the past, until I realized that the answer toward my health, ideal body and perfect weight was within me. I always expected that some nutritionist or someone else would give me the right advice and guidelines how to feed myself. My poor eating habits caused me to lose weight and face quite a few health challenges. The examination of my blood was my own turning point.

I decided I had to do something immediately. I realized I had to let go of my existing approach toward eating and feeding myself. I began to view my body from another stand point. I realized that my body was a collection of energy and information, and it was up to me to decide what energy and information will run through it.
